How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free across the UK. Orders are dispatched in 1–3 working days and, as they ship from our overseas partners, are delivered within 8–15 working days (about 2–3 weeks), with tracking.

Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you're located elsewhere, email info@lockhone.com and we'll do our best to help.

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email, and can check progress any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 3–5 working days after dispatch to start updating.

Returns & Refunds

When will I be refunded?
