This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed when you shop at Lockhone (lockhone.com).
Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna where available at checkout.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in GBP (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Any currency conversion shown to international visitors is approximate; the final rate is set by the card issuer.
When payment is taken
Payment is authorised and captured in full at the time the order is placed. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and an order-confirmation email is sent.
Payment security
All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant secure checkout. Card data is encrypted in transit and handled directly by our payment providers — Lockhone never sees or stores full card numbers.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed. Please check the card details or contact the card issuer, then try again. We may cancel and refund any order where payment cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.
Pricing
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product's correct price is higher than the price shown at checkout, we will make contact before dispatch and offer the choice to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
