Every Lockhone order is tracked from dispatch to your door. Here is how to follow yours.

Find your tracking number

As soon as your order leaves us you will get a dispatch email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of being placed.

If the email is not in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder before getting in touch.

Track your parcel

When tracking starts updating

Tracking can take 3 to 5 working days after dispatch to show its first scan. That gap is normal and does not mean anything is wrong. Total delivery to the UK and the US takes 8 to 15 working days.

Something not right?

If your tracking has not moved in over a week, or your order has passed the 15 working day window, email info@lockhone.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.
