Welcome to Lockhone (lockhone.com). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. About us

Lockhone is a sole trader business based in England, selling consumer products online. For all enquiries, contact info@lockhone.com.

2. Products and pricing

Prices are shown and charged in GBP (£) for UK customers (inclusive of UK VAT where applicable) and in USD ($) for US customers, converted automatically at current exchange rates. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed and accepted.

We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and specifications. Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings. Pack sizes, dimensions, and exact materials may vary slightly from product images.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you the dispatch confirmation email — at that point a contract is formed. We may decline orders (and will refund in full) if we cannot fulfil them, suspect fraud, or the order breaches these terms.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, or Klarna (where available). All payment processors are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store full card numbers.

5. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

See our Refund & Returns Policy for your statutory 14-day right of cancellation under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, our additional 30-day money-back guarantee, and your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, logos, product photography, layouts — is either owned by Lockhone or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use any of it without written permission. Product brand names mentioned (e.g. supplier brand names visible on packaging) are the trademarks of their respective owners.

8. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit fraudulent orders or chargeback abuse
  • Attempt to access non-public parts of the site, our systems, or other customers' data
  • Use the site in any way that disrupts service for others

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

9. Reviews and user-submitted content

If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and adapt it on our site and marketing materials. You retain ownership. We may remove content that is offensive, defamatory, off-topic, or appears to be a fake review.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, courier strikes, customs holds, or government action.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Alternative dispute resolution

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We post any material changes to this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
