Shipping Policy

Where We Ship To

We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States. If you are located elsewhere and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@lockhone.com and we will do our best to assist.

Delivery Times

Below are our estimated delivery timelines for both the UK and the US:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM (GMT), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day, which may add one extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order Handling Time: 1–3 working days, Monday–Friday. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers (Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD in the UK; USPS or a comparable tracked carrier in the US), and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • Transit Time: 7–12 working days, Monday–Friday.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 working days (approximately 2–3 weeks).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weekends, public holidays, customs processing, and periods of high courier demand. All orders include tracking.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all UK and US orders — no minimum spend and no hidden charges at checkout.

Customs & Import Charges (US Orders)

If any customs or import charges apply to a US order, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking information may take 3–5 working days after dispatch to become active and show updates.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking information shows no movement for 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us at info@lockhone.com. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
