Acrylic Cone LED Table Lamp

A small lamp with a very clear idea: a slim iron base carrying a geometric acrylic shade, cone and cylinder forms stacked into something closer to a desk sculpture than a conventional light. The acrylic diffuses the LED evenly so you get a soft glow across the whole shade rather than a bright spot at the top, which is what makes it comfortable to sit beside for an evening.

It is infinitely dimmable rather than stepped, so you can take it right down to a low ambient level for late reading or a hallway nightlight, then bring it up when you need to see properly. The LED draws three watts and puts out around three hundred lumens at full brightness, enough to light a bedside table or a desk corner without lighting the whole room. It stands roughly twenty-eight centimetres tall on a base ten and a half centimetres wide.

Six colours are offered, from black, white and brown for something restrained through to gold, blue and pink if you want the lamp to be a point of colour. It is USB powered at low voltage, so there is no bulb to change and no mains wiring involved. Use any UK-approved USB mains adapter or a laptop port; an adapter is not supplied. Wipe the acrylic with a soft dry cloth.
