Iceberg Cordless LED Night Light

A faceted block with the angular planes of an iceberg, moulded in a translucent material that catches the internal LED and breaks it into dozens of small highlights. Off, it sits on a shelf as a piece of pale sculpture; on, the facets pick up whichever colour is running and throw soft coloured edges onto the surface underneath it. It is compact enough to share a bedside table with a book and a glass.

The light cycles slowly through a range of colours or can be held on a single tone, including a warm setting that is comfortable to leave on while falling asleep. An automatic power-off shuts it down after a set period so it is not still running in the morning. It works cordless, with no trailing flex to catch on, and is simply set back on charge when the light begins to dim.

Use it on a bedside table, a bathroom shelf or a windowsill where the facets catch the evening light. Dust it with a dry cloth and keep it away from standing water. It is a decorative lamp rather than a toy, so keep it out of reach of babies and recycle the built-in battery at an approved collection point at the end of its life.
