Reversible Two-Tone Duvet Cover

A duvet cover with a different plain colour on each face, so the bed can be changed completely by turning the cover over rather than by washing and swapping a second set. Eight colourways are offered, each pairing two tones that sit together deliberately — a deep and a pale of the same family, or two neutrals with different weight.

The fabric is a breathable microfibre and cotton blend, light enough to use through summer without the clamminess a pure synthetic gives. There is a zip closure along the foot rather than buttons, which is faster to make up and does not leave a gap that a duvet corner works its way out of, and internal corner ties to hold the duvet square.

Three sizes are offered: 150 by 200cm, 180 by 220cm and 200 by 230cm. Machine washable at 40 degrees and quick to dry, which is the practical argument for a blend over pure cotton in a house without much drying space. Wash before first use and line dry where possible; a cool tumble is fine if not. Pillowcases are not included with this cover, so pair it with a plain set in whichever of its two faces you intend to have showing most often.
