Wall-Mounted Folding Laundry Basket

A laundry basket that hangs on the wall and folds flat when it is empty, which solves the particular problem of a small bathroom or a narrow utility room where a floor-standing hamper is always in the way. It hangs from punch-free adhesive hooks, so there is no drilling into tile, and it lifts straight off the hooks to be carried to the machine like an ordinary basket.

The fabric is linen rather than plastic mesh, which makes a real difference to how it looks hanging in a bathroom and lets damp towels breathe instead of sitting in a sealed bin. Fix the hooks to a smooth non-porous surface, clean it thoroughly first, and let the adhesive bond before loading. Do not overload it: this is for clothing and towels rather than anything heavy. Wipe the linen with a damp cloth and let it air dry fully.
