Alana Linear LED Wall Light

A long, narrow wall light that reads as a line of light rather than a lamp on a wall. The Alana measures roughly 48cm across in a slim metal housing with a diffusing acrylic face, finished in matt black or brushed gold. Two design variants are offered, one with a single continuous bar and one with a stepped profile, so it can be matched to a plain wall or a panelled one.

Light is thrown both up and down from the fitting, which lifts the ceiling above it and washes the wall below in a soft gradient. Three colour temperatures switch at the fitting, moving from a warm domestic glow through neutral to a crisper daylight tone. Mounted above a sideboard, along a hallway or as a pair flanking a bed, it gives usable ambient light without a visible bulb anywhere in the frame.

This is a mains-wired fitting and must be installed by a qualified electrician on an isolated circuit; check the wall for hidden pipes and cables before drilling. Mounting hardware is supplied. The low projection from the wall makes it a sensible choice in a corridor or stairwell where a deeper fitting would be knocked in passing.
