Aveno Wood Flush Ceiling Light

The Aveno is a slim flush mount disc that sits tight against the ceiling and spreads even, glare-free light across a room. A solid wood rim frames a wide acrylic diffuser, so light comes off the whole panel instead of forming a hot spot overhead. The natural grain keeps the fitting warm and quiet against white plaster rather than reading as a piece of hardware bolted on.

It measures 30cm across and only 3cm deep, which clears low ceilings, sloped landings and loft rooms where a hanging fixture would be in the way. The fixture material is wood and the shade is acrylic, and the light source is an integrated LED, so there is no visible bulb shadowing the diffuser and nothing to swap out later. The disc shape keeps the outline simple from every angle.

It suits bedrooms, hallways, landings and smaller living rooms of roughly 10 to 15 square metres, and works well where a pendant would hang into head height above a stair or a bed. The fitting is hardwired and needs assembly, so a qualified electrician should install it and check the ceiling fixing. Wipe the diffuser with a dry cloth occasionally, since dust settles on an upward-facing rim.
