The Bexa Wide Outdoor Wall Light is a plain rectangular block that washes a wall with light from both the top and the bottom edge. At 25 cm wide and only 11 cm tall it sits low and horizontal beside a front door, where the twin beams spread up the render and down onto the step. Every line on it is straight, with no curves and no fixings visible on the face.

The housing is anthracite lacquered aluminium and the diffuser is a robust translucent plastic, so the light leaves softened rather than as a hard bright edge. It projects 10.3 cm from the wall and weighs just over a kilogram, which keeps the fixing simple on render, brick or timber cladding. An IP54 rating means it is sealed against dust and splashing water, and that same rating also makes it suitable for a bathroom indoors.

Lockhone supplies the Bexa as a hardwired fitting running on 230V and taking one E27 screw bulb, which is not included so the brightness and colour temperature can be picked to suit the spot. It dims when wired through an external dimmer, which is not supplied. Assembly is required and fitting by a qualified electrician is recommended. Delivery takes 8-15 working days.
