Cordless Iron Mesh Lantern Pair

A pair of small cordless lanterns solves the problem of lighting a table that has no socket anywhere near it. These stand 17cm tall and 14cm across, in powder-coated iron mesh over an acrylic diffuser, so the light comes through the perforations as a fine pattern as well as glowing softly through the diffuser itself. They run on three AA batteries each. The mesh pattern also throws a soft shadow onto whatever surface the lantern is standing on, which is most of the reason to buy them in a pair.

Because there is no cable, they go wherever they are needed: down the middle of a dining table, on a garden wall for an evening outside, on a shelf, in a window, or beside a bath.
