Crystal Cube Pendant Light

A single faceted crystal cube held in a slim iron frame, hung on an adjustable cord that can be dropped as far as one hundred and eighty centimetres. At ten centimetres wide and sixteen high it is small enough to hang in a group of three over a kitchen island, or on its own beside a bed as an alternative to a table lamp that would otherwise take up the whole nightstand.

The crystal is the point. A three watt LED sitting inside the cube throws roughly three hundred lumens through the cut faces, which scatters sharp points of light across the ceiling and the nearest wall. In a dark room the effect is considerable for such a small fitting, and it works best where those reflections have somewhere to land rather than being lost in a large open space.

Two light tones are offered, warm at three thousand kelvin or white at five thousand, and the fitting runs on two hundred and twenty to two hundred and forty volts. The cord length is adjustable at installation, so the drop can be set to suit the ceiling height. It is hardwired and rated for dry areas only. Fit to a ceiling point rated for the weight, using a qualified electrician.
