Curved Digital LED Alarm Clock 17cm

A bedside clock should be readable at a glance, and that is what this curved digital model is built for. The case is moulded from ABS and measures 17 cm wide, 7 cm deep and 3 cm tall, so it sits low and stable on a nightstand, a desk or a kitchen shelf without crowding whatever else is already there. The gently curved front carries a large LED display that reads clearly from right across a room.

Power is deliberately flexible. Run it from a USB lead for a permanent spot beside a socket or a laptop, or drop in three AAA cells and stand it anywhere at all, including a hallway table or a guest room with no socket to spare. Neither the lead nor the batteries are supplied. Three case colours are offered, white, red and green, so the clock can either disappear into a pale room or sit as a small point of colour on a darker surface.

This is a household clock rather than a toy, so keep it out of reach of small children, who should not have access to the battery compartment or the loose AAA cells. Fit the cells the way the markings inside show, never mix old and new ones, and take them out if the clock is going into storage. Run it only from a sound USB lead, keep it away from a basin or a bath, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
