A small moulded night light shaped as either a sitting dog or a standing deer, standing 10 cm high and 7 cm wide and weighing about 150 grams. The body is durable plastic with a smooth matte surface and simple rounded features, so there is nothing sharp to catch on bedding. At that size it takes up very little room on a nursery shelf, a bedside table or a windowsill, and it reads as a small ornament by day.
The light comes from a single built-in LED, which is supplied fitted and gives a soft, low glow rather than a bright working light. That level is enough to take the edge off a dark room and to find a doorway without waking a sleeping child. Six colourways are offered, in pink, beige, yellow, blue, green and orange, and each one is available in both the dog and the deer shape, so a pair can be matched or deliberately mixed.
This is a decorative night light and not a toy, and it is not intended to be handled or slept with by a young child. Keep it out of reach of babies and toddlers, position it where it cannot be pulled onto a cot or a bed, and route any cable well clear of the sleeping area. The LED is integrated and cannot be replaced by the user. Wipe the shell with a dry or barely damp cloth and never immerse it in water.
