Glass Candelabra Wall Light 30cm

A wall light that borrows the shape of a candle sconce without any of the trouble that comes with one. Slim glass tubes stand in a metal cradle, lit from within by LEDs, so you get the vertical rhythm and the soft upward glow of candlelight against a wall with no wax, no smoke and nothing to keep an eye on. Brightness is adjustable, which is what makes it usable as ambient light rather than decoration alone.

It measures 30cm high by 14cm wide and weighs 1.2kg, so it wants a proper fixing rather than a picture hook. Two finishes are offered: gold, which picks up the warmth of the glass and suits a dining room or a hallway, and black, which reads more graphic against a pale wall. A pair either side of a fireplace or a doorway is the obvious use, and a single unit works well at the turn of a staircase.

There is no flame and no candle - the light source is integrated LED and is not user-replaceable. This is a hardwired mains fitting and must be installed by a qualified electrician, with the circuit isolated at the consumer unit before any work begins, and with a fixing suited to the wall construction. Rated for dry indoor locations only; do not install in bathroom zones 0, 1 or 2. Dust with a dry soft cloth, power off.
