Half Arch Chenille Sofa Cover

A chenille sofa cover woven with a symmetrical half-arch motif that runs across the width of the cloth. Chenille has a short, dense pile that catches the light differently depending on which way the nap lies, which gives the arch pattern its depth - the design is a change of direction in the weave rather than a printed shape sitting on the surface.

This is a draped cover rather than a tailored fitted one. It is laid over the seat and back and tucked into the crevices, which means it suits most sofa shapes but will not stretch tight over one the way an elasticated cover does. At 180 x 130cm it fits a standard two-seater generously, or covers the seat and back of a larger sofa without the arms.

Five colours are offered: sunny mustard, blush pink, charcoal grey, warm taupe and ivory white. The cloth is breathable, holds its colour well against sunlight, and is sturdy enough for daily use on a sofa that actually gets sat on rather than one kept for visitors. Machine or hand wash cool and dry flat; do not tumble dry on a high heat, which flattens the pile and dulls the contrast in the pattern.
