The Ivero solves a specific problem. At 2.5 cm deep it barely leaves the ceiling line, which makes it a sensible fitting for a loft conversion, a box room, a landing with a low beam or anywhere a standard flush mount would sit too close to head height.

A walnut wood effect rim runs around the edge and stops the fitting reading as a plain office panel. The acrylic diffuser spreads light evenly across the whole face, so there is no visible LED and no bright spot, and the warm colour temperature keeps the room from feeling clinical. The 21 W output covers a room comfortably without a central pendant, and the panel measures 30 cm across.

It suits a bedroom, hallway, study or kitchen, and rooms of roughly 10 to 15 square metres. In a long hallway, two fittings spaced evenly will read better than one bright point. The LED is built in and included, the fitting is hardwired and rated IP20 for indoor use, and assembly is required, so installation is best carried out by a qualified electrician who can check the ceiling void behind it. A dry cloth over the diffuser is all the maintenance the fitting asks for from one year to the next.
