Lightweight Summer Quilt Set

Warm nights call for far less bedding than a winter duvet provides, and this is the layer that bridges the gap. It is a filled quilt rather than a cover, so it arrives ready to put straight on the bed with no duvet needed inside it, and two matching pillowcases come with it. The construction is ventilated and quick drying, and the fabric is breathable, which is simply to say it is light to sleep under and easy to launder often.

Five colours are offered: pink, yellow, sky blue, green and ocean blue, all of them fresh enough to lighten a bedroom for the season without repainting anything. Two sizes are available, a single at 150 x 200cm and a king at 200 x 230cm, each supplied with two pillowcases. It folds down small enough to live at the foot of the bed or in a blanket box, ready for the first properly warm week of the year.

A couple of points worth stating clearly. This is an ordinary textile quilt with no heating element and no wiring of any kind: it is not electric and not heated. It also must never be used in an infant sleeping space, whatever its weight. Beyond describing the fabric as breathable and quick drying, no other performance is claimed for it, and it should simply be treated as a light seasonal layer.
