Linear Outdoor Wall Light 60-150cm

A slim linear wall light for outdoor use, built from an aluminium extrusion with an acrylic diffuser running its full length. It is the fitting to use when a wall needs a line of light rather than a point of it: along a boundary wall, above a run of decking, beside a long flight of steps or across the face of a garage. The diffuser spreads the LEDs into a continuous band with no visible hot spots.

Five lengths are offered, from 60cm up to 150cm, with the wattage rising to match: 24W at 60cm through to 60W at 150cm. Each is 9cm deep and 4.5cm proud of the wall, so it stays visually quiet in daylight. Output is 110 lumens per watt, which is efficient for an outdoor fitting of this type, and a dimmable version is available alongside fixed warm white and cool white.

It is rated IP65 and listed for wet locations, running on 100 to 240V AC, so it takes UK mains directly and will handle driving rain on an exposed elevation. Fitting is hardwired. Because the longer lengths are substantial, check the wall can take the fixings along its whole run rather than only at the ends, and plan the cable entry before drilling: there is one entry point, not a choice of several.
