Mandala Round Rug 92cm

A round accent rug at 92 centimetres across, printed with a mandala in eight colourways. The circular format is the reason to choose it over a rectangle: a round rug softens a room that is otherwise all straight lines, and it does not need to line up with anything, which makes it far easier to place in an awkward space than a runner or a rectangle would be.

Ninety-two centimetres is an accent size rather than a room size. It works beside a bed on one side, inside a bedroom or bathroom doorway, under a reading chair, or in the middle of a small landing. Eight colours are offered, from red, blue and yellow through to the quieter grey, black, and black-and-white options, so there is a version for a room that wants the rug to do the talking and a version for one that does not.

It is 100% polyester throughout, which is what makes it washable - the whole rug goes in a machine on a cold delicate cycle with mild detergent, then air dries flat. That is a real advantage in a bedroom, a bathroom doorway or anywhere with a dog. Please note this rug has no rubberised backing, so use a separate non-slip underlay on a hard floor, and remember that no underlay makes a wet floor safe.
