Nordic Multi-Head Glass Chandelier

A dining table wants light that comes down close to the surface, and a single pendant rarely covers a long table properly. This fitting hangs three or four faceted glass shades from one frame, spreading the light along the table rather than pooling it in the middle. The three-light version spans 60cm, the four-light 80cm, which suits most four to six seater tables. Because the shades hang from a rigid bar rather than individual cords, they stay in line rather than drifting out of alignment every time someone walks past.

The glass is cut with shallow facets, so each shade throws small highlights onto the ceiling and the tabletop as well as lighting the food. Choose a square frame for a rectangular table and a round one for a circular table or an island. Black iron reads sharper and more graphic; gold warms the whole fitting and suits rooms that already carry brass taps or handles.

Drop height adjusts between 35cm and 70cm at installation, so it can hang low over a table or higher in a room with a walkway underneath. Each shade takes a standard E27 or E26 bulb, not supplied, which lets you pick warm filament-style LEDs for a dining room or something brighter over a kitchen island. It is an indoor fitting rated IP20 for dry rooms only.
