Nordic Semi-Flush Corridor Ceiling Light

Corridors and landings are usually the last places anyone thinks about lighting, which is why most of them end up with a bare bulb or a builder's plastic dish. This semi-flush fitting is the fix: a shallow round metal frame holding a silica diffuser that softens the light completely, mounted close enough to the ceiling that nobody tall has to duck.

The diffuser is the important part. Rather than a bright disc you can see the LED through, the silica shade spreads light evenly across its whole face, so a hallway is lit without hotspots and without that harsh institutional feel. It works equally well as a bedroom or bathroom ceiling light where soft, even coverage matters more than punch.

Gold gives a warmer, slightly more decorative edge that suits period hallways and warmer paint colours; black is graphic and modern against white plaster.
