Origo Adjustable Recessed LED Downlight

A recessed downlight that sits almost flush with the ceiling, showing only a 12cm aluminium ring, with a head that tilts inside the housing. That tilt is what makes it useful: the same fitting can point straight down over a worktop, angle across to wash a wall, or aim at a picture, so one type of light does several jobs through a room.

Two outputs are offered. The 7W version suits general ceiling lighting in a bedroom or hallway where several are run together. The 10W is the one for a kitchen, a bathroom or anywhere the light is doing real work. Three colour temperatures are available across both: warm white for living spaces, neutral white as a compromise, and cool white where clarity matters.

The housing comes in white to disappear into a painted ceiling, black for a deliberate contrast, or a white ring with a black inner baffle, which cuts glare when the fitting is seen from below. The body is aluminium, which sheds heat properly and keeps the LED life up. This is a hardwired 230V fitting: installation by a qualified electrician, isolate the circuit first, and check for pipes and cables before cutting the ceiling. The LED is not user-replaceable.
