Petal Acrylic Wall Clock

A wall clock cut into overlapping petals rather than the usual circle. It is a small change that does a surprising amount: the silhouette breaks up a flat wall the way a piece of art would, and because acrylic holds colour so cleanly the pastel finish stays soft rather than turning plasticky. At 28 by 26cm it is compact enough for the wall above a desk, a dressing table or a bedside shelf.

Two colours are offered. The soft blue is cool and slightly chalky, working nicely with white walls, pale wood and cane furniture. The pink is warmer and a little sweeter, and it is the natural choice for a Danish pastel or coquette-leaning bedroom. Each is paired with contrasting hands so the time stays readable against the petal shape, which matters more on a non-standard face than it does on a plain dial.

The body is cut and shaped from solid acrylic, which makes it light, shatter-resistant and easy to hang from a single small fixing. That low weight is genuinely useful in rented rooms where you would rather not drill anything substantial. A quartz movement sits behind the face and takes one AA battery, which is not included. Wipe it with a soft damp cloth only, as abrasive cleaners will dull the acrylic surface over time.
