Quisto Walnut Pebble Ceiling Light

The Quisto takes its outline from a river pebble. The soft irregular curve breaks up the straight lines of a ceiling and reads as something shaped by water rather than machined, which is what keeps a flush mount from looking like a utility fitting.

A walnut wood grain rim wraps an acrylic diffuser, so the light arrives soft and even with no visible bulb and no hot spot, and the warm tone sits comfortably against oak floors, linen and pale plaster. The LED strip is built in and included and runs at a fixed warm colour temperature. At 30 cm across and only 8 cm deep, the fitting stays close to the ceiling rather than hanging into the room.

That shallow depth suits rooms with lower headroom, or a bed positioned directly beneath. The 30 cm size works in a bedroom, hallway, landing or dining corner, and in rooms of roughly 5 to 15 square metres. The fitting is hardwired and assembly is required, so installation is best carried out by a qualified electrician, and it is rated for indoor use only. Wipe the diffuser with a dry cloth now and then, as dust on acrylic dulls the output more quickly than you would expect.
