Thirty pieces across five types: table knives, forks, spoons, dessert spoons and fruit forks, six of each. The steel is grade 304, the same specification used for sinks and commercial kitchen surfaces, chosen because it resists corrosion from salt, vinegar and citrus rather than staining and pitting over time. The dimensions are generous and properly proportioned: 22cm knives, 21cm forks and spoons, and 13cm for the dessert pieces, so nothing feels undersized on a full dinner plate.

Seven finishes are available, running from plain silver and matt black through gold, rose gold, green and white two-tones. The two-tone options put a coloured handle against a bright bowl or blade, which reads as considered on a laid table without going as far as a full colour set. All finishes are dishwasher safe. Rinse acidic residue away before loading and dry promptly rather than leaving pieces to sit wet in a rack. With thirty pieces there is enough here to lay a full table twice over without washing up in between, which is the real test of a dinner service.
