Sayen Pebble LED Flush Ceiling Light

The Sayen borrows its outline from a river pebble rather than a circle. The moulded diffuser is deliberately uneven, a little wider on one side than the other, and it sits almost flat against the ceiling on a slim metal frame. At 38cm across it covers a standard ceiling rose neatly, and the softly rounded edge casts no hard shadow line where it meets the plaster. Switched off it reads as a pale sculptural shape instead of a light fitting.

The LED sits behind the full width of the diffuser, so light comes out evenly across the whole face with no bright spot in the middle and no visible lamp. Three colour temperatures are built in and change from the wall switch, and the output is dimmable as well. The diffuser is moulded PE on a metal frame and the LED is integrated, so there are no bulbs to buy and nothing to replace.

That flexibility makes it a sensible main light for a bedroom, a landing, a hallway or a home office: warm and low for the evening, cooler and brighter for reading or getting ready in the morning. The flush profile keeps it clear of head height in rooms with limited ceiling space. It is wired in place of an existing ceiling fitting, and the smooth diffuser needs no more than an occasional wipe with a dry cloth.
