Semi Round Wall Light 20cm

A half-dome pressed from metal, twenty centimetres wide and fifteen deep, mounted flat against the wall so the light spills out around the curved edge. The shape softens what would otherwise be a hard directional beam, and because the dome is shallow it sits close to the plaster rather than sticking out into a corridor. That makes it a sensible choice for narrow hallways and stairwells as well as bedrooms.

Six colours are offered, which is unusual for a fitting this simple. White, black and grey-toned schemes are covered by the white and black versions; green, red, yellow and pink give you a way to bring a single accent colour into a room without repainting anything. The colour is applied to the outside of the dome only, so the light itself is unaffected by which one you pick.

Inside is a G9 capsule running on ninety to two hundred and sixty volts, lighting an area of roughly three to five square metres. Warm white and cool white are both available and chosen at the point of order. The fitting is hardwired and rated for dry locations. As with any mains fitting, have it installed by a qualified electrician and isolate the circuit at the consumer unit before work begins.
