Solar Shadow Pattern Stake Light 43cm

A solar garden stake with a circular cut glass shade set above a slim ABS post, 43 centimetres tall and twelve across, that casts patterned shadows onto whatever sits beneath it. Against paving, a path edge or a low wall the effect is a ring of shifting light rather than a simple glow, which is a different job from the plain marker lights that most solar stakes do.

The glass is what produces the pattern, so the fitting reads as an object during the day rather than disappearing the way a plastic spike light does. It carries an integrated LED driven from a small panel in the head, charges in daylight and comes on by itself as dusk falls. There is a colour-changing mode alongside the fixed white, selected on the unit rather than by remote.

Two versions are offered, one with a warm white fixed setting and one cool white, both with the RGB mode. Push the spike into soft ground where the panel gets several hours of open sky; deep shade will cut the run time sharply. The LED is sealed in and not user replaceable, and the glass shade will break if struck, so site it clear of mowers, footballs and doorways.
