Twist Rotating LED Wall Light

This is a small fitting that earns its keep by moving. The head rotates on its mount, so the same light can be aimed down onto a book at bedtime, up the wall for a soft wash in the evening, or along a hallway to mark a route. At sixteen and a half centimetres by about ten it is genuinely compact, which means it fits in the gap beside a bed where a larger sconce would not.

The body is pressed metal with a smooth painted finish and a twisted profile that gives the fitting its name, the two halves offset so the join reads as a diagonal rather than a seam. Four colours are offered. Black and white are the practical choices and disappear into most rooms. Blue and red are deliberate, and work best in a child's room or a study where a spot of colour is wanted.

A five watt LED is integrated, producing warm white light at three thousand kelvin. That is a modest output by design, suited to reading and atmosphere rather than lighting a room, and it runs cool enough that the housing stays comfortable to adjust by hand. The fitting is hardwired at mains voltage, is not dimmable, and is rated for dry indoor rooms.
