Vano Brushed Gold Two-Light Wall Sconce

The Vano mounts a slim U-shaped arm to a circular wall plate and suspends two frosted cylindrical shades at staggered heights along it. The brushed gold finish runs without a break from the wall plate through the tube arm and into each shade holder, which gives the fitting a coherent linear quality. The staggered placement, one shade near the top of the arm and one at the base, builds visual depth without crowding the wall.

Each shade is frosted glass, so light leaves as a soft diffused column rather than a hard point, with a glow at both the upper and the lower end of the arm. The fitting measures 55cm high and 10cm wide, a slim footprint for a two-light sconce. It is sold as a single sconce and the bulb is not included.

It is frequently installed as a matched pair flanking a bed headboard or a fireplace, where two units give symmetrical coverage on either side; a single unit works equally well beside a mirror or along a hallway. It is suitable for indoor wall installation only. Fitting is a wall-mounted connection to the existing circuit and is best carried out by a qualified electrician. Wipe the gold finish with a dry soft cloth and keep abrasive cleaners off the frosted glass.
