Wood Trim LED Ceiling Light, 23 to 40cm

A flush disc with a wooden rim, which is a small detail that changes the whole character of a ceiling light. Instead of the usual ring of bright white plastic, you get a band of warm timber around a soft acrylic diffuser, so the fitting reads as a piece of the room rather than as a piece of equipment. The light itself comes out even and unfussy, with no visible hot spot in the middle.

Three diameters are offered. The 23cm suits a hallway, a small bedroom or a utility room; the 30cm handles an average bedroom or a home office; the 40cm is bright enough for a living room or a larger kitchen, drawing up to sixty-four watts. Black, green and blue rims are available, which gives you the option of treating the fitting as a neutral or as a deliberate accent against a plain ceiling.

The LED is built in rather than replaceable, which keeps the profile shallow enough to work under a low ceiling. Warm white and cold white are offered as separate variants, so choose warm for living and sleeping rooms and cold where you need the light to be functional. This is a surface-mounted hardwired fitting for dry indoor locations, and it should be installed by a qualified electrician.
