Aero Ultra-Slim Linear Vanity Light

The Aero is about as minimal as a wall light gets: a bar 5cm deep and either 69cm or 98cm long, with an aluminium body and an acrylic face. There is no shade and no visible fitting, just a line of even light. Above a mirror or a dressing table that is exactly what you want, because a continuous line lights a face without the shadows a point source creates.

The shorter length puts out around 1,320 lumens and suits a standard mirror; the longer one gives about 1,980 lumens and is sized for a wide vanity or a double basin. Black reads as a deliberate graphic line against pale tiling; brass warms the whole arrangement and works well against darker paint. Both finishes are the same slim profile. Mounted horizontally it lights a face evenly; mounted vertically down one side of a mirror it gives a softer, more flattering wash.

The LED is integrated, so there is no bulb to replace, and it is available in warm, neutral or cool white. It is supplied as a plug-in fitting with a cord and inline switch rather than hardwired, which makes installation far simpler but also means it needs a socket nearby and is not appropriate inside a bathroom splash zone. Use it in a dressing area or a bedroom.
