Crystal Drop Wall Light 45cm

Forty-five centimetres of cut crystal drops suspended from a slim stainless steel spine, this fitting is the closest thing in the range to a wall-mounted chandelier. The drops hang free, so they move very slightly in a draught and catch light from other sources during the day as well as from the LED behind them at night. It is a deliberate statement piece rather than background lighting.

Gold and black are the two finishes. Gold is the warmer of the pair and makes the most of the crystal, which picks up the tone of the metal along its cut faces. Black is more severe and throws the crystal into higher contrast, which suits a dark wall or a room with strong architectural lines. The drops themselves are clear glass on both versions rather than tinted.

Two light tones are offered: warm white in the two thousand seven hundred to three thousand five hundred kelvin range, which flatters the crystal, or plain white, which sharpens it. The fitting is made from glass, metal, stainless steel and crystal, and is intended for indoor, dry locations only. Dust the drops individually with a soft brush; a wet cloth will leave marks between the cut faces that are difficult to remove.
