Rabbit Children's Alarm Clock

A rabbit-shaped alarm clock 15cm tall, with a clear digital display set into the body and a soft night light behind it. The shell is moulded ABS with silicone ears, so it survives being knocked off a bedside table better than most clocks do, and it has a flat, weighted base that keeps it upright when the alarm is being slapped at first thing in the morning.

The display is legible across a dark room without being bright enough to keep anyone awake, and the night light can be left running at a low level all night or switched off entirely. It charges over USB, which means no coin cells to replace and no plug-in transformer beside a child's bed. Two finishes are offered, a soft pink and a plain white, both with the same display and controls.

It suits a child learning to read a clock, a shared bedroom where a landing light is too much, or a desk that needs a small light and the time in one object. Wipe the case with a barely damp cloth.
