Ultra Slim LED Flush Mount Ceiling Light 23cm

Low ceilings and narrow hallways rarely take a pendant well, which is where a flush fitting earns its place. This one measures 23cm across and just 6cm deep, so it hugs the plasterboard and keeps the whole ceiling plane clear. An ABS frame carries an acrylic diffuser that spreads the output evenly rather than throwing a bright spot, and the frame comes in four finishes: black, white, silver and gold.

The LED is integrated at 18W and produces around 1440 lumens, which is a useful working level for a landing, a small kitchen or a box room. There are no bulbs to buy and none to change, because the LED is built in and is not user-replaceable. Two output versions are available: a straightforward white light, or a switch-controlled version that steps through three colour temperatures, warm, neutral and cool, from the existing wall switch. Certification covers UL, RoHS, CE, VDE and SAA.

It runs on AC 110-240V and is hardwired, so a qualified electrician should carry out the installation, isolating the circuit first and checking for pipes and cables before drilling into the ceiling. The IP20 rating means dry indoor locations only; it is not suitable for bathroom zones, utility areas exposed to steam, or anywhere outdoors. Sized as it is, several can be run down a corridor at even centres.
